Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to gathering blueprints, event concepts, worksheets, templates, guides, graphics, branding, written content, and downloadable materials, is the exclusive property of The Gathering Concierge and Stacy McGuigan and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.

License Grant

When you purchase a Gathering Blueprint, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials.

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase is licensed for one individual or one business location only.

You may:

• Download and use the materials for your own personal gatherings or within your own business at the licensed location.

• Print copies solely for planning and implementing your own events.

• Customize the event details for your own use.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or reproduce any product or content.
Upload purchased materials to websites, marketplaces, shared drives, or public platforms.
You may not copy, adapt, recreate, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works based upon any Gathering Concierge materials for resale, commercial use, training, publishing, or distribution, whether modified or unmodified.
Claim any content, concepts, templates, or materials as your own.
Copy, recreate, or republish The Gathering Concierge products for commercial purposes.
Use purchased materials to create competing products for sale.
They may not be incorporated into consulting services, coaching programs, event planning businesses, memberships, courses, or client deliverables without written permission from The Gathering Concierge.
You may not upload, submit, or use any Gathering Concierge materials for training artificial intelligence models, creating AI-generated derivative works, or generating competing products.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

No Sharing or Distribution

Your purchase is licensed to a single purchaser only.
Sharing, forwarding, emailing, copying, printing for others, uploading to shared drives, cloud storage, internal company portals, membership sites, social media, AI training tools, or any other method of distribution is strictly prohibited.
If multiple individuals, teams, departments, or business locations wish to use a Gathering Blueprint, a separate license must be purchased for each authorized user or location.
