Welcome to The Gathering Concierge. By accessing this website, purchasing or downloading a digital product, or using any materials provided by The Gathering Concierge, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Intellectual Property

All original content available through this website and The Gathering Concierge products, including Gathering Blueprints, written event plans, worksheets, templates, guides, graphics, branding elements, downloadable materials, and the original selection, coordination, arrangement, and expression of content within them—is owned by The Gathering Concierge and/or Stacy McGuigan and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

License Grant

When you purchase a Gathering Blueprint or other digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased materials only as permitted by the license identified on the applicable product page or at checkout. You do not receive ownership of, or any intellectual-property rights in, the materials.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, a purchase is licensed either to:

One individual for personal, non-commercial use; or

One purchasing organization for internal use in connection with one event at one designated business location.

For an organizational license, the materials may be shared only with employees, staff members, or volunteers directly involved in planning and implementing the licensed event.

You may:

Download and use the materials for your own personal gathering or the licensed organization’s internal event.

Print reasonable copies solely for planning and implementing the licensed event.

Complete, edit, or customize editable event details solely for the licensed event.

Prohibited Uses

Except with prior written permission from The Gathering Concierge, you may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, forward, sublicense, reproduce, publish, upload, or otherwise distribute any product or content, in whole or in part.

Upload purchased materials to websites, marketplaces, shared drives accessible outside the authorized planning team, internal company portals, membership sites, social-media platforms, or public platforms.

Copy, recreate, reverse engineer, translate, adapt, or create derivative materials based on The Gathering Concierge materials for resale, commercial distribution, training, publishing, or any purpose outside the purchased license.

Claim any Gathering Concierge content, template, design, written material, or creative expression as your own.

Use purchased materials to create, market, or sell competing templates, guides, courses, memberships, planning resources, or digital products.

Incorporate the materials into consulting services, coaching programs, event-planning businesses, memberships, courses, or client deliverables without written permission and the appropriate commercial or client-use license.

Upload, submit, or use any Gathering Concierge materials to train artificial-intelligence models, create AI-generated derivative works, or generate competing products.

Additional Licenses

If multiple teams, departments, business locations, affiliates, client organizations, or events will use a Gathering Blueprint, an additional organizational, multi-event, commercial, or client-use license may be required. Contact The Gathering Concierge at stacy@thegatheringconcierge.com before use outside the purchased license.

Digital Product Policy

All products are digital; no physical item will be shipped. Because digital products are available for immediate access, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact stacy@thegatheringconcierge.com within days of purchase. The Gathering Concierge will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified access or delivery issues. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases or verified technical-delivery failures that cannot be resolved.

The Gathering Concierge provides educational, informational, and event-planning resources intended to simplify hosting and event execution. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, budgets, locations, attendance, vendors, and implementation.

The materials do not constitute legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, food-safety, accessibility, permit, venue, or regulatory advice. The purchaser is solely responsible for all event decisions and for complying with applicable laws, venue requirements, insurance obligations, safety procedures, food-allergy disclosures, alcohol-service rules, and accessibility obligations.

No guarantee of specific business, financial, attendance, engagement, wellness, or event outcomes is made.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gathering Concierge and Stacy McGuigan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the website, products, services, or information provided.

Changes to These Terms

The Gathering Concierge may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or products after the revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
