Who created The Gathering Concierge?

Hi, I'm Stacy McGuigan, a hospitality expert with 15+ years of experience across hotel event management and private celebrations. I created Gathering Blueprints because I believe hosting shouldn't require a degree in party planning. I've done the thinking so you can just enjoy the gathering.

What is a blueprint?

Think of it as your gathering game plan, totally done for you. Everything you need to confidently bring people together, from the first invitation to the last guest out the door. No guessing, no starting from scratch, no stress spiral at 11pm the night before.

How much does a Gathering Blueprint cost?

Blueprints start at $19 and vary depending on the type of gathering. Every blueprint is a one-time purchase, with no subscriptions and no hidden fees.

How do I get my blueprint?

The second you purchase, it's in your inbox and ready to go. No waiting, no shipping, no "allow 5-7 business days." Just download and start planning.

Will my work be saved?

Yes! Your Blueprint saves automatically as you go, on the phone or computer you’re using.Switching devices? Scroll to the very bottom of the Blueprint and tap “Download a backup”. Then open your Blueprint on the new device, scroll to the bottom and tap “Restore it” and choose that file. TIP: clearing your browser data or using a private window erases saved work, so make a backup first.

What exactly is included?

Every Blueprint is a complete, themed plan: a timeline, invitation ideas, a menu and shopping guide, activities, a playlist, conversation starters, and the small touches that make people feel genuinely welcome. Basically everything I’d bring to the table if I were planning it with you.

Do I need to be an experienced host?

Absolutely not. These blueprints were built specifically for the person who wants to host something great but has no idea where to start. If you've ever said "I wish I could pull something like that off" - this is for you!

Can I customize it?

100%. Add your guest list, your date, your personal touches, your family's weird inside jokes. Make it feel completely like yours - because it is!

What kind of gatherings are these for?

Honestly? All of them. The Gathering Concierge's Gathering Blueprints are built for home hosts planning backyard BBQs and dinners, business leaders hosting team celebrations or events for clients and employees, HOA and community leaders planning neighborhood gatherings, and the sober-curious crowd looking for mocktail nights that don't revolve around alcohol. If you're bringing people together, there's a blueprint for it.

Is this a physical product?

Nope, it's a digital download, which means no waiting, no shipping, and no "where did I put that thing?" It lands in your inbox the second you purchase and it's ready to go whenever you are.

What if something goes wrong with my download?

Email me at stacy@thegatheringconcierge.com and I’ll sort it out quickly. Because Blueprints are digital, sales are final once downloaded, but if there’s ever a technical problem I can’t fix, or you accidentally buy twice, I’ll make it right.

What if I have questions before buying?
